Christ Centered Programs are Transforming Lives

Our mission is twofold. Offering an extensive mailed Bible Study Course to all incarcerated men and women throughout the United States, administered by mentors that go through the course with each of them.

For newly released men and women in the Northwest Central Texas area, we offer a re-entry program administered by mentors where we partner with local resources to assure, they have every opportunity to make a successful transition back into society.

Re-Entry Program

toServe Re-Entry works with TDCJ, Mineral Well District Parole Office to help support men and women transitioning back into their communities, with an emphasis on Parker, Hood, Wise, Palo Pinto, Erath, and Stephens counties.

Our program is tailored to medium-to-high-risk adults re-entering underserved rural areas. It includes:

  • Individualized Case Management - A personalized re-entry plan, resource navigation, and advocacy.
  • Enhanced Service Connections - Referrals for housing, employment, healthcare, and essential documentation.
  • Meaningful Mentorship - One-on-one guidance, encouragement, and accountability.
  • Life Skills Training - Workshops on budgeting, communication, and certification support.

Through monthly parole office orientations we have a chance to meet with all returning citizen getting out on parole, to present to them resources that are available in these six counties, to help empower these men and women to rebuild their lives.

Bible Study Course

It's important to first understand; we consider toServe Bible Course as much a MENTORING Program as we do a Bible Study.

toServe offers a series of Bible Study lessons as a mailed correspondence course to incarcerated men and women. These lessons are usually 12 pages each. The first course is a set of 12 lessons based on the Gospel According to John, and the Book of Acts. The second course is a set of 25 lessons based on the 13 letters written by the Apostle Paul. A certificate is mailed after completing each course.

These lessons start with an introduction lesson titled “Intro to a New Life in Jesus”.

As of December 2024 we were in 200+ different facilities with over 1,800 active students taking the course.

We list the Chapter and Verse where the answer can be found next to 90% of all the questions in our Bible Study. The main purpose of these lessons is to get the student in the Bible (WORD). Let's let the Bible be the main teacher.
