Re-Entry Program

toServe Re-Entry supports men and women transitioning back into their communities, with an emphasis on Parker, Hood, Wise, Palo Pinto, Erath, and Stephens counties.

Our program is tailored to medium-to-high-risk adults reentering underserved rural areas. It includes:

  • Individualized Case Management - A personalized re-entry plan, resource navigation, and advocacy.
  • Enhanced Service Connections - Referrals for housing, employment, healthcare, and essential documentation.
  • Meaningful Mentorship - One-on-one guidance, encouragement, and accountability.
  • Life Skills Training - Workshops on budgeting, communication, and certification support.

We collaborate with federal, state, and county correctional facilities, together with our faith-based organizations, we provide early intervention and seamless transitions.

Through monthly parole orientations and strong community partnerships, we empower men and women to rebuild their lives.
